Support

Help with local data, reminders, Premium purchases, restoration, recipes, and app behavior.

Email support

Contact support

Email amitg@colorblast.in. Include your iPhone model, iOS version, Daybowl version, and a short description of what happened. Screenshots are helpful when they do not contain sensitive information.

Please do not email medical records, payment-card details, passwords, or other sensitive information. Daybowl cannot provide emergency, medical, or individualized dietary advice.

Quick help

Premium did not unlock

Confirm that you are signed into the Apple Account used for purchase, check your internet connection, then use Restore Purchases in Daybowl. You will not be charged again for restoring an eligible non-consumable purchase.

A reminder did not appear

Open iOS Settings, find Daybowl under Notifications, and confirm notifications are allowed. Then open Daybowl Settings and toggle the reminder off and on to reschedule it.

Reset local data

Use Daybowl Settings to delete the local profile and progress. This removes Daybowl’s on-device preferences and cancels pending local reminders; it does not refund or erase an Apple purchase.

Use Daybowl offline

Recipes and progress are designed to work offline. Downloading updates, purchasing or restoring Premium, opening external links, and emailing support require connectivity.

Frequently asked questions

Is Daybowl a subscription?

No. Daybowl Premium is offered as a one-time, non-consumable in-app purchase. The purchase screen shows the current local price before you confirm.

How do I request an App Store refund?

Apple handles App Store billing and refund requests. Visit reportaproblem.apple.com, sign in with the Apple Account used for purchase, choose Request a refund, and follow Apple’s prompts. Eligibility varies by country or region.

Where is my Daybowl data stored?

Your progress, preferences, saved recipes, swaps, and shopping checks are stored locally on your device. Daybowl does not operate an account database or cloud-sync service for this release. Read the Privacy Policy for details.

Can I use Daybowl for a medical condition?

Daybowl is for food education and cooking organization, not medical advice or treatment. Ask a qualified professional whether a recipe or dietary pattern is appropriate for your individual needs.

What should I do about an allergy or unsafe ingredient?

Do not prepare or consume a recipe if an ingredient may be unsafe for you. Check labels and cross-contact warnings, follow recipe-specific cautions, and use qualified medical or food-safety guidance rather than relying on the app.

What information should I include in a bug report?

Include the Daybowl version, iOS version, iPhone model, screen or recipe involved, steps that led to the problem, and what you expected to happen. Do not include sensitive personal or health information.

Food and medical scope

Daybowl is designed for adults and is not an infant or child meal plan. If any component is served to a child, supervise and adapt its shape, size, and texture for choking risk. Daybowl does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent disease. If you believe you are experiencing a medical emergency, contact local emergency services. Report a recipe, ingredient, allergy, or food-safety concern to support so it can be reviewed; do not consume food you believe may be unsafe.

Day 1 begins.

Day 1 is free on the App Store, with its recipes, cook mode and shopping list.
